A New @pproach To Medical Education: Developments In Anatomy
The PREP software is a simulation tool to determine the recyclability of product packaging. Several major Australian companies, including Nestle and Coles, have adopted it to ensure the environmental sustainability of their packaging going forward. We've partnered with PREP to look after all the technology components of the product, helping them to scale and allowing them to focus on what they do best.
PREP Singapore was the deployment of the Unified PREP Code base to a new site in for the local L4R (https://www.label4recycling.asia/about-l4r/), which is a not-for-profit organisation which partners recyclers, brand owners, and manufacturers to reduce the harmful impact of packaging in South East Asia.
The original plan for PREP Singapore was to implement a site-specific version of PREP code for L4R, but the decision was made to create a unified, configurable code base that could be rolled out and maintained across all PREP sites. Fitzroy IT was then able to deploy a copy of the new unified PREP code that had recently been developed for and deployed to the PREP Australia / New Zealand site. This was the first re-deployment of this code and the first new PREP site since the development of PREP UK.
The use of the unified code meant that we were able to deploy the standard code and then configure it to L4R’s site-specific requirements using configuration tables and database-driven screens. The use of these configuration tables removed the need to develop code specifically for Singapore.
